 Scriptural Imagination with Pastor Maria

It seems like every time we turn on the news we hear terrible stories: hurricanes, earthquakes, oppressive governments causing millions of people to become refugees around the world, a pandemic that still rages on, droughts or flooding - the list could go on and on and on.  In moments like these we can rely on the stories of faithful people who have come before us who were so grounded in their faith able to imagine and proclaim the future that God promises to us, for example: Mary, Pharaoh's Daughter, the Syrophonecian Woman, or Abraham.  Join Pr. Maria as we share their stories and practice exercising our own imaginations as we move through this challenging time.  We will meet for 4 Wednesday evenings - 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, & 10/20 - outside at CTK. (In the case of rain or cold, we will either meet inside with masks or via zoom, depending on what the pandemic is doing at the time and the comfort of the group.) Email Pastor Maria if you are interested!
