Feed My Starving Children is February’s Gift of Love. Christ the King has been involved with this organization for many years, including last year with about 50 CTK volunteers helping pack food on a large scale at the Mall of America. Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adult volunteers hand-pack meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, and then the meals are shipped to nearly 70 countries around the world. A single meal costs only 24 cents to produce, and 93 percent of total donations goes directly toward the food program. One of the verses on their website says: “Blessed are those who are generous, because they feed the poor.” Proverbs 22:9. Please be generous in your giving to Feed My Starving Children.
