Capital Campaign Feasibility Study
CTK has hired the James Company to conduct a feasibility study to determine the interest of a capital campaign to fund the remodel. The following informational sessions will be held:
- Wednesday, November 4 – 6:00-7:00pm
- Sunday, November 8 – following 10:45am worship
The information presented at the informational meetings can be found at the right media menu. It is important that everyone attend one of the meetings. With Church Council approval, a special congregational meeting may be scheduled for December 13 to vote on initiating a capital fund campaign to go forward with the project.
What is FAC?
The Facilities Assessment Committee (FAC) has been working to determine upgrades to our church facility to better serve our congregational needs and welcome visitors.
Based on congregation survey responses and public accessibility requirements, the FAC determined that building priorities are:
- Expanding the narthex;
- Installing an elevator;
- Improving general accessibility: bathrooms, entry doors with canopy.
The FAC is divided into three teams:
- Architecture – Allen Rezac, chair;
- Finance – Pastor Marv Roloff, chair;
- Communications – Ryan Marotz, chair.
Help is welcome on any of the teams. Please speak with one of the team chairs or Pastor Hans Lee with questions or input, or to volunteer to help.
